Update or remove umbraco docs

The Umbraco docs are massively out of date: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/iis/publish/deploying-application-packages/umbraco

Should probably just refer to the docs provided by Umbraco or simply remove altogether as they are no longer relevant with current times. e.g. https://our.umbraco.com/download/

Triage decision: Update bug with page views information. Most likely we expect no one is looking at it and if so we can remove the Umbraco docs. If not, we'll need a deprecation strategy.

Basically, the whole "Deploying Application Packages" section requires rework - old software versions and non-registered domains are used there.
