Self Signed Certificate wizard broken

The Self-Signed SSL generation from IIS Manager is broken. Link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/get-started/getting-started-with-iis/getting-started-with-the-iis-manager-in-iis-7-and-iis-8

The error ERR_SSL_KEY_USAGE_INCOMPATIBLE is coming and chrome and edge browsers are not allowing the website to even open on them.

We ssl is generated from powershell command then it is working. The IIS wizard thing is not working at all. May be it should be corrected or a solution has to be provided.
