I've switched to another role and don't cover it anymore. Enterprise Dev/Test is not an Azure service - it is another Azure offer type, different from CSP. There is a separate page covering Enterprise Dev/Test offer. I don't think that we should highlight this inside Azure CSP documentation.

It's unclear to me. Can I (as a CSP customer) have a Dev/Test subscription?
