Missing information: How to apply for access to LinkedIn Compliance API?

The first note states: "The use of this API is restricted to those developers approved by LinkedIn and subject to applicable data restrictions in their agreements."

Problem: I searched 1h to find out, how to apply for accessing this API (for a restricted time) as a developer but failed. There are application forms for Talent, Sales, Marketing and Learning (https://developer.linkedin.com/partner-programs/apply) but I can't figure out, how to apply for access to Compliance API

The LinkedIn developer documentation is really confusing

I implemented Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Chat But they provided a good document, but Microsoft expected more than this

After a few days of trying, I finally figured out what to do You should go to this link and register a ticket and say that you want to use this access

3. Precise use case for Compliance APIs

4. List of Compliance APIs that you intend to use for your Compliance-related activities.

@EhsanMrf Hey, I'm a little confused about the request. I'm assuming I need to fill out a developer support form but from there I can't find any fields related to auth scopes or which API specifically I would like to have access to. Can you please elaborate a little?
