Hi @TylerMSFT ! It seems that you add the info about VS 2013 at this commit: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/cpp-docs/commit/a45379edc63a10577f10981bcbf6ffac5555f4de instead of merging this PR so I guess this PR could be closed...
