Issues with basic game server hosting instructions on Azure

Hello, I am a huge Microsoft/Azure fan. I was following the instructions on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/gaming/azure/reference-architectures/multiplayer-basic-game-server-hosting for hosting a Minecraft server and I ran into some problems.
