Hello @VerusLee, apologies on the delay response. Can you please explain exactly what you would like updated in the FAQ? I can see where *.teams.microsoft.com is supported with ER in another article and I also see we already have CDN/Front Door listed as not supported over Microsoft peering in the FAQ.

Hi Duong,

As you can see the *.teams.microsoft.com will be resolved as a front door IP.

Refer to:

Download Azure IP Ranges and Service Tags – Public Cloud from Official Microsoft Download Center https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=56519

But we confirmed that Expressroute doesn’t support Azure Frontdoor.

See doc below:

FAQ - Azure ExpressRoute | Microsoft Learn https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/expressroute/expressroute-faqs

Best Regards,

Verus Lee(tianfu)

Bump on this. Office 365 endpoints lists *.teams.microsoft.com as supported with ExpressRoute, but devicemgmt-cdn.teams.microsoft.com is not supported with ExpressRoute (since it's using Azure Front Door).

Hello @VenusLee, I reviewed this issue with our product team and confirmed we don't support AFD endpoints through ExpressRoute which we have stated in the FAQ. The O365 endpoints list is managed by another team. Please submit a feedback request to the Office 365 endpoints page so they can update that documentation to remove the unsupported endpoint or to mention the devicemgmt-cdn.teams.microsoft.com is not supported over ExpressRoute. Thank you. #please-close
