@khdownie We have tried repro new file share and even facing the same, please could you update doc with correct image.

@vpraveenreddy @SaibabaBalapur-MSFT You're seeing a slightly different UI because you're trying to create a file share on a standard storage account (StorageV2). Currently, NFS 4.1 shares are only available as premium file shares (which require a FileStorage account kind). See the beginning of this tutorial for instructions on creating a FileStorage storage account, and then try creating a share on the new account (follow the steps in the tutorial). Your UI should then look very close to the screenshot that's currently in the tutorial.
