Language (local, not English)

Why is azcmagent talking in the local language instead of English? How can I change that? Please add that information...

We have English installation media and added a Dutch language pack for our base images. We found that because of this the messages of azcmagent are in Dutch, as that is the (only, hence default) language for apps. This was unexpected for us as Windows and Windows features still are in English. We suspect it also be determined at installation time of the agent. Removing the language pack has no effect, the agent stays in Dutch, even when the language pack is removed. It is inconvenient as we have Polish, Spanish and Czech colleagues who don't understand the messages. We were hoping for a simple switch, reg key or something to flip it back to English. We found the folders with the localized strings, but no English version to place in the NL folder to force English. So I believe it is more of a Windows thing than an Arc issue. And because of that also no simple way to switch to English...
