Team, reading through this, I believe these two sections can be improved. (1) Autoscaling has nothing to do with new maps and (2) Extension perhaps better described as integration.
(1) Instead of: The MedTech service has special autoscaling features that enable developers to easily modify and extend the capabilities to support new device mapping template types and FHIR resources.
Suggest: The MedTech service enables developers to easily modify and extend the capabilities to support new device mapping template types and FHIR resources.
(2) Instead of: Extensibility Suggest: Integration
