Update the link to indicates correct API version for AGIC/AzureIngressProhibitedTarget
The document indicates the link https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Azure/application-gateway-kubernetes-ingress/ae695ef9bd05c8b708cedf6ff545595d0b7022dc/crds/AzureIngressProhibitedTarget.yaml . However, this YAML file was written for "apiVersion: apiextensions.k8s.io/v1beta1," and it was outdated.
It seems the latest correct link is https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Azure/application-gateway-kubernetes-ingress/7b55ad194e7582c47589eb9e78615042e00babf3/crds/AzureIngressProhibitedTarget-v1-CRD-v1.yaml .
