Whether deployment web application on Azure will trigger GPL-2.0 or GPL-3.0 license reciprocity
When we deploy the web application on Azure and let users use it through the browser. I have the following two questions:
- If we use OSS under the terms of GPL-2.0 and GPL-3.0 license , do we need to provide source code to user?
- If we use OSS under the terms of AGPL-3.0 license , do we need to provide source code to user?
As far as I understand, only AGPL-3.0 will consider the use of web application as distributed; and this is a necessary condition for triggering reciprocity.
Thanks.
