I am unable to follow the guidance for my @outlook.com account. There was an issue but it was closed and the suggested workaround does not work any more. Please update the documentation

I experimented a bit and found that https://myaccount.microsoft.com?tenantId=XXX works if opened in Private session. However, it breaks on msarealms.onmicrosoft.com
