Change feed is visible in release 1.25.0 of the Azure Storage Explorer
In the section https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/blobs/storage-blob-change-feed?tabs=azure-portal#consume-the-change-feed in the note about the $blobchangefeed, it is stated that the Azure Storage Explorer does not show the feed. As of version 1.25.0 this is no longer the case. The $blobchangefeed is now visible. Please see release notes of Azure Storage Explorer for detail and confirmation: https://github.com/microsoft/AzureStorageExplorer/releases/tag/v1.25.0

@TonnyWildeman Thanks for the question! We are investigating and will update you shortly.
@TonnyWildeman The change feed produces several metadata and log files. These files are located in the $blobchangefeed container of the storage account. The $blobchangefeed container can be viewed either via the Azure portal or via Azure Storage Explorer. The document has been updated!
