Change in Content for Invoice ID

Hello Bill,
I am from the Azure Billing team and have a feedback or a chage request for content on this page. I had a customer requesting for unique ID for department.
Invoice Section ID is not applicable for EA Customers as there is no concept of Department ID or a unique identified for Department. Invoice section ID would only be applicable for MCA and not EA.
Below is the snip of the content which is misleading customers.
