Deny assignments really hard to make sense of
Someone really needs to write up the connection between deny assignments and policies at some point. (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/governance/policy/concepts/definition-structure)
It's really tough to understand how to deny what you need to deny from the Blueprints workflow written up.
