ACS-Bot Quickstart documentation issues
A few issues:
- https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/communication-services/quickstarts/chat/quickstart-botframework-integration#step-3---enable-azure-communication-services-chat-channel In Step 3. You have a blocker - not ideal. If you have a known blocker, why don't you inform customers/users how they can allow-list their ACS/ABS resource?
This "Note" needs to stand out a heckuvalot better than it does at this time.

For public-facing docs, make the repo public or remove the link.

This feature is now in public preview and the documentation has been updated, can you please close out this issue as the instruction no longer applies for this feature? @Copennin
