Connection information is out of date

The connection section of the documentation is out of date. The options provided by the node-redis package have changed. unfortunately, it is not obvious from the node-redis documentation (https://github.com/redis/node-redis/blob/HEAD/docs/client-configuration.md) how to use the values available from Azure to connect via the new options.
