Does not work with PHP8 (PHP8 Web App uses NGINX instead of APACHE)

This tutorial is very comprehensive. However, it does not work with PHP8 Web Apps. Previous to PHP8, Azure Web Apps used Apache. PHP8 now uses NGINX instead. All of the information related to using an .htaccess file is no longer relevant.
