Document could be improved by adding the default incremental update timing.

Hi @cyn3rgy , thanks for the feedback but the doc in reference has the information about sync cycles that happen every 40 mins after the initial sync.

Thanks but I don't see it on that doc... it has a section on timing but nothing about 40 mins. See screenshot doing a find in the browser
