Turbo information
The Ddv4 and Ddsv4-series runs on the Intel® Xeon® Platinum 8272CL (Cascade Lake) processors in a hyper-threaded configuration, providing a better value proposition for most general-purpose workloads. It features an all core Turbo clock speed of 3.4 GHz, Intel® Turbo Boost Technology 2.0, Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology and Intel® Advanced Vector Extensions 512 (Intel® AVX-512). They also support Intel® Deep Learning Boost. These new VM sizes will have 50% larger local storage, as well as better local disk IOPS for both read and write compared to the Dv3/Dsv3 sizes with Gen2 VMs.
Why do you mention the Turbo on the CPU but it's not possible for us customers to use it? I created a d4ds_v4 today, but it runs at it's base speed 2.6 only.
According to information I found articles like this that states that it cannot be turned on by the users, so why even mention it exists if you don't gives us the opportunity to use it?
