Fix incorrect SendGrid link and update Mailjet UI labels
- Fixed the incorrect SendGrid documentation link to point to Mailjet's official documentation
- Updated terminology from "dynamic transactional template" to "transactional template"
- Updated UI labels to match current Mailjet user interface ("Start coding", "Subject line", "Sender name", "Sender address")
