Replaced incorrect documentation re:
sqlcmdin Azure Cloud Shell (which simply doesn't exist in either Bash or PowerShell environments in the Azure Portal). -
Replaced outdated suggestion to type one's password as a command-line argument (yikes!) with links to current instructions.

Replaced suggestion to use
ddl_adminwith advice grounded in the principle-of-least-privilege. -
I also verified that the section I modified is correct by running it in my production Azure environment.
It's possible I was a bit too verbose here, so consider this a first-draft.
