Please modify about what is applied for Japan and Japanese invoices. Only "Your invoice shows Azure usage charges with costs associated to them first, followed by any marketplace charges. If you have a credit balance, it gets applied to Azure usage and your invoice shows Azure usage and marketplace usage without any cost, last in the list." are not applied for Japan.
