I'm afraid the current comparison between Logic App and Function is abstract and doesn't provide a clear guideline for choosing which service in which situation. Also, the comparison table misses some important points such as error handling capabilities, pricing model etc. They all should be taken into account before using either of those services. I've extended the table and also I've added an actionable advice for readers so they can choose the service the fits them more.
