Can you review the proposed changes? Note that the commits need to be moved to the private repo so that the new tabs can be reviewed on staging.

@dlepow - thanks for approving this. unfortunately, in order to fully check that the tabs render correctly, the commits in this PR have to be moved to the private repo for staging. can you move them and open a PR there? let us know if you'd like assistance. thanks.

@dlepow, As a courtesy, I opened https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs-pr/pull/290197 to stage these commits. The new tabs render as expected, so I'll merge this PR.
