[storage] Wrong Static website URL format for Standard endpoints

Standard endpoints section has below content: Static website (Blob Storage) | https://<storage-account>.web.core.windows.net

That appears to be wrong, even for non-zone storage, the observed website endpoint is https://<storage-account>.z[00-50].web.storage.azure.net
