Update backup-support-matrix.md
When I google "Azure Backup vault supported services", this page is the first result I get. This section hasn't explained backup vault (it implies as if there is only ARS vault, but not backup vault) and this whole page barely mentions Backup vault. Also, for some reason, the FAQ which has answered the question, isn't among first google results. This is confusing to say the least. Every time I'm looking for difference between supported resources fort ARS vault vs Backup vault, I've to repeat this confusing and frustrating process. Also, it seems to me that difference and clarification between ARS vault vs Backup vault is a bit disjointed in some part of the documentation. Maybe because it's a new service? Anyway, I've added the following following reference to help readers navigate this process easier, and early on, can understand which vault is for what.
