Thank you for your interest in contributing to our documentation. Unfortunately, the changes in this pull-request cannot be accepted because our Content group is migrating content for the "virtual-machines", "virtual-machines-scale-set", "container-instances", and "service-fabric" folders to a new repository: azure-compute-docs.
Short-term, if there are changes in this PR for other folders, you can move forward with those by removing the change(s) to all the above mentioned folders' content.
In the meantime, we are closing this PR and tagging it so that when the content is available in the new repo, we can follow up with the new location information.
