Update alerts-create-metric-alert-rule.yml
The following fact hasn't been mentioned anywhere in the doc, but its one of the questions asked in the certification. I've added it.

@azarboon - Thanks for taking the time to improve our docs!
For my clarification, can you please share what certification are you referring to? And what are you looking to clarify with the added comment?
The reason I'm asking is because a single alert rule can have multiple conditions, where each condition monitors a signal. So it the goal here to clarify that a single condition can only monitor one signal, and that you can't use multiple signals in a single condition?
@harelbr thanks for getting feedback to me. I'm referring to Azure Administrator certification exam. One of the possible questions has a condition like following:
There are four signals existing: SignalName1, Metric, Recipients: User1, User2, User3 SignalName2, Metric, Recipients: User1, User2 SignalName3, Activity Log, Recipients: User1, User2, User3 SignalName4, Activity Log, Recipient: User1
AFAIK, one needs to create four alert rules in this case to meet the requirement (one alert rule per signal). Please correct me if I'm wrong.
In my opinion, this should be clearly stated in the documentation. Please feel free to modify my statement so it can be more clear.
Thanks @azarboon for clarifying, this is helpful.
This article is the generic documentation for Azure Monitor Alerts, and not specific to the mentioned certification. From your description, it sounds like there's room to improve the guidance provided in the certification task.
As I'm not familiar with this certification, could you please share a link to it and I'll be happy to try and locate the relevant folks in charge of it and convey the feedback to them. Alternatively, if there's a way for you to provide feedback within the certification module, that could also be helpful.
Many thanks again!
Here is the cerification I was mentioning:
I believe the fact (that I created the "pull request" for ), should be clearly stated in the doc. If you think some other page is more suitable, please let me know to create a new pull request.
Yes, showing the clarification within the certification task would be more beneficial.
