Update backup-overview.md
Azure Backup doesn't support Azure SQL Database. This is one of the questions asked in the certification exam but hasn't been clearly mentioned in the doc. I've clarified it.

Invalid command: '#sign-off'. Only the assigned author of one or more file in this PR can sign off. @AbhishekMallick-MS
Hi @azarboon - We'll not be able to add the change. Azure Backup documentation says that the backup solution is only for "SQL Vm in Azure". There is no need to mention Azure SQL DB because it's not an exclusion from Azure Backup. Thanks. #please-close
