Please Audit/Edit the first stages of this Doc. You can't find a main branch in a repo that's empty (my-first-static-web-app)

The instructions say to 'follow this 'generate' link' .. you create an empty repository from the link provided. there is no option to 'create repository from template' only 'create repository' Can't access empty repository from the 2nd step when you have to select main branch

I don't know if that link at one time created a hello-world nextjs app or not .. but these instructions are old or off.
