Cosmos Db Emulator SSL cert instructions incorrect for Windows container
Instructions for importing SSL cert for windows container are incorrect. You can see [here] that the instructions are the same for linux and windows containers.
I can see a powershell script in the container that appears to function correctly C:\CosmosDB.Emulator\bind-mount\importcert.ps1.
