Providers By Location - add Dallas and Miami Locations By Provider - Add NNI locations for Dallas and Miami, adjust to alphabetical order for Silicon Valley; remove Dallas, Miami and Silicon Valley from "Connectivity through additional service providers" section now that direct NNIs are operational in Dallas, Miami and Silicon Valley
