Improve sf probes doc
While we were configuring our SF clusters and apps to use HTTP liveness probe, we had this issue since we are not using containerized apps. We spent lot of time trying to get right configuration until we saw this posted issue. Here intent is to improve document so others interested don't go through same issues again. Proposed doc improvement for: #102791
