update screenshot and information about correct plan for the Create Logic App for workflow-automation
The screenshot from step 4 (create Logic App) Select (+) Add seems to be wrong. This screenshot as information about Standard plan. Should be updated to use "Consumption" plan. Standard is not supported for workflow-automation
