Lacking connection requirements

Per another GitHub issue on this product, https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs/issues/74862, any domain accounts that are not local admins will need to be granted explicit access to the remote desktop users group in order to log in through Azure Bastion.

This should be added as a note somewhere in the connection requirements page, or as part of the troubleshooting Bastion page.
