APIM Built In Analytics not available in Consumption tier?

Is the built-in analytics functionality not available in Consumption tier? If not, I'd recommend calling this out in one of the Notes areas, or better in the same "Important" callout that says what SKUs this is available for. Proactively stating that it's not available in Consumption would be useful to users who are trying to confirm this.

@boclifton-MSFT The built-in analytics is not available in Consumption tier and only available in other tiers as described in the section Availability.

The same has also been mentioned in doc Feature-based comparison of the Azure API Management tiers.
