@aramase Thanks for your feedback! We will investigate and update as appropriate.
@SaibabaBalapur-MSFT thanks for getting back.
FYI, there have been multiple issues with the same ask: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs/issues?q=is%3Aissue+--disable-pod-identity+is%3Aclosed, so it'll be good to prioritize this and ensure this time we actually add it to the doc.
@MGoedtel Can you please check and add your comments on this doc update request as applicable.
@aramase Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm going to assign this to the document author so they can take a look at it accordingly.

Hi, @aramase, thank you for your feedback. This feature has been deprecated as of 10/24/2022. We recommend you use Azure AD workload identity instead. I will now close this GitHub issue. Thank you again!

@schaffererin Thank you for the response. I'm the maintainer of the AAD Pod Identity and Azure Workload Identity project and I'm aware the OSS version is deprecated. This doc update is specifically for the AKS add-on of AAD Pod Identity which is not yet deprecated. Could you please reopen the issue and get this assigned?
With the recommendation to move to workload identity going forward, it is all the more a requirement to actually document how to disable the AKS add-on.

Hi, @aramase, thanks. I just added the disable command to the doc. You can see this update in my PR. This change will be live in the doc soon. I'll now reclose this issue. Thank you again.
