Capacity reservations and azure savings plans
It would be nice to have a note in this document if on-demand capacity reservations work with azure savings plans, and if so, a brief example how.

Thanks @SaibabaBalapur-MSFT I'd like to add this is especially important and impactful for customers to know given that Reserved Instances can no longer be exchanged as of January 2024. Customers may rely on RI exchanges in conjunction with these capacity reservations if they change SKUs. How savings plans work with on-demand capacity reservations will be important for customers to know so they don't purchase RIs they don't need. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/reservations/reservation-exchange-policy-changes
