Apologies for the delayed response @deyanp. I've been able to determine Dynamic Alpha Sender ID is targeted for a March 2023 launch. This is a 1-way SMS outbound allowing an alphanumeric sender. You'll be able to use this for an Austria recipient, but it will not support inbound SMS.
