@phsmiths Can you please be more specific about exectly where in the article you think the new step to prepare Azure usage file is needed? And also, what you mean when you say retrieve in alerts after it becomes available?

Sure, the steps for Download usage from the Azure portal (.csv), step 6 in my portal has a different drop down that includes the "Prepare Azure usage file". The file then becomes available in the notification bell with a link for download. image image

@phsmiths Yes, I see that there were changes to the Azure portal to download usage files for a Microsoft Customer Agreement. I've updated the article with new details as you've noted above.
