Update network-info.md
I think the screenshot that shows outbound security rules should have the outbound security rule for "UDP to all IPs on port 53". If If it's correct, could you fix the screenshot?

@atsushina this should only be needed if you have an internet facing custom DNS (like using Googles DNS - 8.8.8.8). Otherwise it is covered by the Virtual Network any any rule. As this is a very rare edge case, I do not think that we should document this here to avoid confusion, but please let me know if I have misunderstood the intention.
