The offer types changed completely and no longer contains 'Teams app'. It is now not clear which offer to choose when offering a Teams App.

Sorry for the delay.
The issue is that the option "Office Store" will appear based on your programs you applied to.
Once I saw that Note I realized it and applied to it.
It was a user-error 🤦

The note that says: "The selected publisher must be enrolled in the Office Store program and cannot be modified after the offer is created."
