Update how-to-set-up-appliance-vmware.md
The document stated VDDK 6.7 specifically. Should really be appropriate VDDK version I would think as 6.7 is out of support.

We only support VDDK major versions 6.7 and 7.0 as of now and haven't received any issues from users to support future versions as of now. So, saying download the appropriate version won't be ideal. Also, as per the team's understanding, VDDK version 6.7 has not yet been deemed out of support.
