English Documents and Japanese Documents are not matching

Hello.

It's been brought to my attention that the Japanese version of this document does not match the English, specifically, it is missing a large chunk of data. Below they are compared.

English

Japanese

You can see the English version has a section discussing the scale out at 60% (it's easy enough to see that 60% is there in the English one and not in the Japanese one, even if you don't speak Japanese), but the Japanese version lacks it. It is included in the FAQ, however I would like to request this information be added to the Japanese version for consistency.

Can this document please be updated to include this relevant information? Thank you so much for your help!
