@nrajah04 I've been speaking to the Cost Management engineering team about this update. It looks like you might have found a bug, so the team is investigating the issue. Because they're unsure of the impact, they don't want the documentation updated yet. For now, we’ll close this pull request. If the team decides that an update is needed for this article, we’ll update it accordingly.

@nrajah04 Hi there. The Cost Management + Billing engineering team is able to create cost allocation rules using tags with capitalized letters, so I'm not sure where the problem is. If you are having problems with using upper case tags, we recommend that you create a support request in the Azure portal.
