Auto-Approval works with Azure CLI but not with Portal

I was testing the auto-approval method to establish connectivity between a Private Endpoint and a Storage Account. My first tests (using the Azure Portal) all failed although I was sure I set permissions correctly. Then, I did the same thing using the Azure CLI -- and it worked like charm.

If there is a restriction of auto-approvals to only work using CLI, it might be worth adding a note.
