the secondary location need access to primary location's database

Could we add some additional info for customer, because secondary location need to have access to primary location's database. if customer is internal env with network restriction, they need to allow the outbound traffic. And also service endpoint will not work under this scenario per the service endpoint limitation Azure virtual network service endpoints | Microsoft Learn Azure SQL, a service endpoint applies only to Azure service traffic within a virtual network's region

@gujiams - Apologies for delay responding. You bring up a good point that customers should be aware of. I will add a note to this article about enabling connectivity to the APIM instance's SQL Azure in the primary region in this scenario. I'll submit a doc pull request soon to address this. Thanks!
