azure-docs Please update to reflect current Portal config

Now that it's out of Preview, may want to update this page since the options now are different for Private Endpoints (e.g. Configuration Tab in the Private Link Center\Private Endpoints is now gone and there is a Network and DNS tab)

This has been addressed, the Enable replication for on-premises machines with private endpoints - Azure Site Recovery page has been updated.
